Bjorn Bjorholm Show Critique

After last years videos I have been waiting for this years offerings, and here is the first uploaded a short time ago 🙂

Better Late than Never!

I’m a few days late sharing this one but I delighted to see that I had a display put together for my birthday 🙂

Thank you Nekotoban 🙂

Accent ID… Again!

I know I said I was done with getting plants identified by you lot, and technically I am as this one isn’t mine 🙂

Spotted this at my friend Stephens house the other day and really liked it. Any ideas?

I could just see this in a nice mixed planting next year.

Valavanis Blog

As an avid blogger, I also look for other good blogs to follow. Plenty listed on my sidebar to the right.

Andy, from Canada did me the courtesy of messaging me and linking me to William Valavanis’s new blog. Cheers Andy. As you would expect, it’s a great read.  Just click on the image below to pay a visit.

Stormont Estate

I took a short walk around part of the Stormont Estate this morning in Belfast. This is the home of the Northern Ireland Assembly. Some great views, a bit of history and lovely gardens.

Cotoneaster Tweaked a Little

A few minor tweaks to this Cotoneaster just to fill out the area top right. Not a big difference now but as the newly wired branches fill out it will make for a better image.

Flowers on my Birthday

Another year gone 😦 so I thought I’d add a flowering Spirea to brighten things up. Not one but two.

Japanese Black Pine

This Japanese Black Pine given to me by a friend has always been a bit of an experiment to see how far I can get it to back bud on leggy branches. This year I have decided to actually place a few branches to start building a structure. A long way to go, but fun to be had in the process.

This is it before and after wiring. A few branches removed.
