You may hope I can control myself until then, I’m itching to get it thinned out, but as you’re bringing the new pot, I’ll be nice and wait 🙂

Hi Ian!
Really like your maple! Is it a rock next to the uro or just a wound that hasn´t healed yet? Anyway, it´s a really nice tree and the pot is perfect I think.

Hi Hakan,
Thanks for your kind words. It’s a uro that has been filled with some sort of white coloured cement in the distant past. Not my doing.

Sorry, no old photos. I only have it 2 years. I bought it from another bonsai enthusiast. He owned it for about 15+ years. Import from Japan before that I think.
