I spotted this Hawthorn growing at a bus stop yesterday. It’s been cut back frequently to stop passengers getting attacked. I think it’s high time someone took it away and I’m hoping it’s me 🙂

I have been spinning this little Potentilla around trying to make up my mind on a front. I had toyed with the removal of a major branch but would lose a major root as a consequence. This is the front I’ve opted for, for now.

I had a busy day repotting in the afternoon sun. I didn’t want to get my new camera dirty so I’ll take a few snaps of the results tomorrow and post them. I was making full use of my new pots bought at the weekend from Willowbog Bonsai.
