… and the rest of you as well. 🙂
I had been chatting at the weekend about the photos my niece took during her family tour of America’s West Coast in May this year. Trees seem to have played a big part in their journey. Here are some of my favourites from her 2500+ snaps!!

I think we can say she has got the hang of that camera 🙂 West Coast USA is now on my ‘to do’ list.
thanks Ian , I really will have to go and see them for myself !!! shall we organise a ”tree anorak’s ” trip ?
we need the recession to lift a bit first I think !!

I live near Portland in Oregon and I would love to host if I didn’t live in a two bedroom apartment! lol You guys really do need to come out this way, there is a lot to see. But don’t limit yourself to just the west coastal areas.. If you planned a 2 week trip you could travel a bit and see so much more!

Hi Lee,
I’ll sleep on the floor 🙂
I’d love to get over there some day. Doing the family thing in Orlando this Summer, great holiday but different.
Portland seems to be a major emerging force in the bonsai world. Ryan Neill and Michael Hagedorn spring to mind. Do you take advantage of this?
Cheers
Ian
