Low Winter sun over Strangford Lough on Sunday.
Trees down in the recent high winds. The Park chaps did a quick job of finishing them off. I think this was 5 mature beech down.

Cork Bark Elm
This cork bark has just about finished dropping leaves. Some adjustments required now I can see what’s been going on all year. Watch this space.

Corkbark Elm Colour
This little Corkbark elm has come a long way in 2 years after I layered the top off. This was it earlier in the week. It was in a green house and had therefore held it’s leaves. I took a snap before I hoed off the dad leaves.
Hornbeam Project
This field grown Hornbeam is going to be one of my Winter projects. Some wiring and carving required. This tree has had very little work so far but it will make a nice tree with time.
