Bonsai friendship at it’s best yet again. Maciej from the Leinster Club was up with us for the Bonsai School last weekend and give me a lovely gift of accent pots that he has started making. Here are a few of his pots.Watch this space for more information soon.

I managed to get my Shohin Maple repotted yesterday morning. It’s now in it’s new Ian Baillie pot. Thanks Ian.

One of the benifits of going to the BSA exhibition was the change to get my hands on an Ian Baillie pot. I’ve been looking for a new pot for a shohin maple and I was hoping to find one on Ian’s stand. It didn’t take long. This was my find.
I also picked one up for a little Chojubai quince which was potted up on the Sunday of the show, more on that in another post.
Here are a few more pots from Ian’s stand, some were still warm from the kiln on the Friday night!

Susan Francesca Hunter is a freelance designer living and working on the North Coast of County Antrim Northern Ireland. Susan works in a variety of mediums and scales from large public art work to smaller scale intimate ceramic and glass pieces. Susan has a B.A. Honours in 3-Dimensional design: Ceramics and a Post Graduate Diploma in Ceramics.
Susan has now turned her talent to the design and creation of accent and bonsai pots, and is willing to create bespoke pots on commission to fit your needs.
Below are some of her accent pots which she has graciously allowed me to add here on my blog for sale. These will be added to frequently to replace sold stock. If you see a pot that is already sold please supply me with the number and a similar but unique pot can be commissioned for you.
