My Silver Birch was just reaching it’s peak Autumn colour, almost ready for a record snap when the wind arrived and shredded it!
This is it, front and back although after a closer look at the tree I’m making a change of front not shown here. More on that another time.
It’s still pretty raw, some carving required to sort out a few issues but I’m delighted how the ramification has improved this year, a great growing season and not a single branch dropped, as they are prone to do. Some wiring now required over the Winter to get the structure tidied up a bit.
